How to Join IMSTR

Requirements and membership options

IMSTR will admit the enrollment after reviewing whether the applicant meets the following conditions.

[Regular Members(Individual Members)]
Those who wish to support our fundamental principle, and join our research activities must hold a license of followings: physicians, pharmacists, dieticians, nurses, public health nurses, clinical technologists, radiation technologists, physical therapists, acupuncture and moxibustion therapists, or bonesetters; otherwise the applicants must be a researcher of medical science, pharmaceutical science, biochemistry, agricultural science, dietetics, or nursing those who belong to a university and a certain research organization, and must be involved in the field of alternative medicine.

Privacy Policy

International Medical Society for Taheebo Research has recognized the importance of personal information and established the following basic policy (privacy policy) to protect/manage the personal information. IMSTR’s executives, employees and relevant personnel understand the aim of the privacy policy and comply with laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information to protect personal information.

1. Acquisition of Personal Information

We may properly acquire and use personal information, such as name, point of contact, and workplace through documentation, electronically media web, etc., in the course of IMSTR’s business activity and its accompanying service, including application, document request and inquiry, only to the extent it is necessary for our business activities.

2.Use of Personal Information

We will use acquired personal information to the extent it is necessary for accomplishing our business activity and its accompanying service (creating roster, providing information, sending leaflet/direct mail/questionnaires, etc.). If you do not need such documents, please notify us. We will stop sending.

3. Management/supervision of Subcontractor

In case of subcontracting, we will conclude a confidentiality agreement on handling personal information with subcontractor. Also, we will properly manage and supervise the subcontractor.

4. Provision to Third Parties

We will not provide your personal information to third parties, unless we obtain your consent or are required to do so by law.

5. Management of Personal Information

For the acquired personal information, we will make every effort to prevent and correct unauthorized access, loss, destruction, tampering and leakage, and take appropriate measure to maintain security system, develop management system and thoroughly educate our officers and related employee.
Also, we will comply with personal information protection-related laws and other regulations, and continuously review/improve our measures.

6. Disclosure, Suspension and Correction of Personal Information

If you request to disclose your personal information registered with us, we will disclose without delay as a rule unless we are allowed to refuse by law or in the course of business. In case of disclosing, if the identification is not successful, we will not disclose your personal information.
If you request to suspend using, delete or correct the personal information registered with us, we will respond immediately after confirming the content. In such case, if the identification is not successful, we will refuse your request.

7. Organization and System

International Medical Society for Taheebo Research appoints Akira Iida as information management supervisor to properly manage personal information and continuously improve management system.

8. Change of this Policy

The content of this policy is subject to change. The policy after the change will take effect from the time when it was posted on this site unless IMSTR stipulated separately.
